Good location. Good food. Miss Nitu Lakhmani in the restaurant was very helpful and courteous. As my wife, a Divyang person on wheelchair, Nitu ji took good care of her to serve the food.

The hotel is one of a kind in the city. Exceptional in many aspects from help desk to restaurant chef all are very friendly and welcoming. The food is outstanding and the breakfast is scrumptious. Om the chef made sure we get the best. Pooja, Abhishiek, Shyma and many others from help desk were very nice. Will surely visit again.

Very good breakfast with fast efficient service. Very good coffee, not crowded and excellent selection on the buffet. My only regret is that I forgot to order the poached eggs on smashed avocado! The lounge facilities were very good though it would be better if it also opened for breakfast.

The service was outstanding. The staff did all they could to make us comfortable. Connecting rooms, late check out, to name a few. The staff in the restaurant went out of their way to accommodate our requests. They made something specially for our son and were kind enough to come and meet our 15 year old. Trying the kebabs and meeting the team behind the creation was his highlight of the trip.

Housekeeping staff were just so brilliant, authentically caring and always had fresh towels, more bottled water and a genuine kindness. Cab service organised to the airport much easier to deal with and more flexible than the local cab I booked, then could not cancel on Booking.com - due to their tech issue, they still billed me, but the hotel came to the rescue with their own vehicle to take myself and my colleague to the airport in time! Thank you Novotel.

Stayed at the Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre because I was participating in a event hosted there, so it was convenient. The room was super clean, comfortable and roomy. It was great that there were universal electricity sockets to change my laptop and phone, didn't need to use an adapter. And the food in the hotel restaurants was lovely. I was also very pleasantly surprised by how wonderful and helpful the staff all were to the guests. Of particular mention were Sai Ramana and Hemalatha, who provided friendly and informative service.

I have stayed at Novotel twice until now, the whole place is perfect for Business as well as personal travel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Their food is also exceptionally good. I had a great stay and have already recommended to my associates. They have endless facilities too... The cafe also hosts great food and beverage options and there a small play area for kids to engage in. One amazing thing would be the walk around the property, its a beautiful property.
